Job Title

A key contributor to our team is required to develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation. As a Technical Documentation Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create user-friendly content that meets the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and write end-user documentation, including high-level technical content, reference material, and detailed task-specific instructions
  • Collaborate with product developers, domain experts, and marketing teams to ensure accurate and engaging content
  • Create documentation for diverse audiences, including process control operators, engineers, and other technical professionals
  • Maintain documentation in DITA CMS, ensuring up-to-date and consistent information
  • Follow established style guidelines and processes for writing, formatting, and content development
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience or a master's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Exceptional English writing and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Dedicated to delivering high-quality work, meeting deadlines, and driving continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with modular documentation and component content management systems
  • Strong research skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
