Job Overview

Becoming a skilled Technical Writer is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with various teams and create high-quality documentation. This role requires close collaboration with Software Developers, QA Engineers, Product Managers, and Customer Support to craft technical information that meets the needs of diverse target audiences.

  • As a product subject matter expert, you will analyze complex software products and suggest recommendations for improvement based on target audience feedback.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure single-sourcing and adhere to Style Guide requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve deliverables and processes, and initiate creative solutions to enhance overall performance.

To succeed in this role, you will bring the following skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical writer.
  • Proven expertise in writing technical documentation for complex software products.
  • High proficiency with accepted industry-specific authoring publishing tools.
  • An eye for detail and quality, ensuring error-free documentation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with global and culturally diverse departments and groups.
  • Native English speaker or equivalent language proficiency.
  • Proficient in Hebrew, a key skill for successful communication within a multicultural environment.
