Compliance Manager Role Overview

The Compliance Manager is a key professional responsible for ensuring that our organization operates in full compliance with relevant national and international laws, regulations, professional standards, and internal policy guidelines.

This position requires a unique blend of an ethical approach to compliance and a pragmatic understanding of the rapidly evolving FinTech environment.

  • Develop and maintain robust Controls & Compliance Frameworks for international organizations.
  • Ensure adherence to industry-best security practices within SaaS environments.
  • Manage customer and third-party attestations and certification requirements effectively.
  • Support third-party risk assessments and assurance programs.
  • Analyze and translate laws, regulations, and technical requirements into commercial business processes.
  • Implement and report on Risk Assessment and Risk Mitigation Program metrics.
  • Maintain policies and procedures as part of the Policy Governance Framework.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 6-8 years of experience in practical compliance program implementation.
  • A Bachelor's degree in IT Security, Risk Management, Cyber Security, or Information Security.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Professional certifications desired (e.g. ISC2, CompTIA).
