Job Opportunity

The Regional Human Resources Manager position is a key role within the organization, overseeing all HR functions and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives and providing guidance and support to regional management and employees on HR-related matters.

About this role:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to align with overall business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to regional teams on HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations issues effectively, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate training initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Lead performance evaluation processes and provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • MBA in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations issues effectively and confidentially.
  • Proven track record of recruiting and retaining top talent.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
