Job Title: Senior Human Resources Executive

We are seeking a skilled professional to collaborate with our operations teams in addressing strategic HR-related issues and initiatives.

  • The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact for implementing and executing Human Resource plans and programs, with a focus on promoting individual and collective well-being.
  • They will actively engage with associates through structured interactions and connect with employees using phone or video conferencing to resolve cases efficiently.
  • The successful candidate will own the Intouch Connected initiatives, including Skip level meetings, Leadership Connects, Focus Group Discussions, and other related activities.
  • They will be the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including employees from various departments, and facilitate proactive engagement conversations between employees and their managers.
  • The Senior Human Resources Executive will be responsible for reflecting employee issues to management and ensuring timely resolution of concerns.
  • They will assist in implementing HR initiatives at the campus for all employees and provide inputs for improving the effectiveness of processes and policies.
  • The successful candidate will build high-energy workforce confidence and trust among employees, prepare event calendars, and ensure timely completion of planned activities.
  • They will also help prepare weekly reports for management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resources or a relevant stream with 2-4 years of experience in the role of HRBP or equivalent.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to establish cohesive support for the HRBP function.
  • High level of empathy, responsiveness, and relationship orientation.
  • Good email etiquette and mid-level expertise in MS Office (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • High level of maturity and ability to handle stakeholders across all levels.
  • Good communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal relations skills.
