Customer Success Role Overview
At Leadrat, we're seeking a skilled Customer Success Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their goals and maximize the value of our product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our Customer Success Manager to develop and implement customer success plans
- Provide exceptional customer support and guidance to ensure seamless onboarding and adoption
- Identify and resolve customer challenges and pain points
- Collaborate with our product team to gather feedback and improve our product
- Monitor customer health and take proactive measures to prevent churn
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer success or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong product knowledge and ability to train customers
