We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer interactions and process optimization.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Oversee customer applications, related documentation, and university submissions, providing timely support and guidance as needed.
  • Partnership Management: Coordinate with external partners, universities, and affiliates to foster strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • Scheduling and Follow-ups: Assist in scheduling counseling sessions and follow-ups with students, ensuring prompt communication and resolution of inquiries.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM systems and customer records, guaranteeing accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Communication: Address customer inquiries through email, calls, and WhatsApp, providing clear and concise responses that meet their needs.

**Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an operations role within the overseas education industry.
  • Education: Minimum bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, and CRM systems, with a focus on organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
