Job Description

The Customer Experience Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of digital assets to our clients. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support to clients with a focus on excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Communicate and report on order management and deliveries, including regular account statuses and missing asset reports.
  • Work with third-party content providers and clients to establish and maintain relationships, ensuring timely and compliant fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure on-time delivery of client orders, prioritizing tasks according to daily work schedules and production schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the entertainment or media industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment, managing high volumes of orders without error.
  • Familiarity with workflows across multiple locations and time zones.
  • Highly organized, able to work independently, and design processes to support evolving business needs.
