Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Travel Experience Manager to lead the development and execution of travel programs. The ideal candidate will oversee program planning, coordination, and delivery to ensure exceptional travel experiences.

Main ResponsibilitiesProgram Planning & Development

Design and develop customized travel programs tailored to client needs and market trends. Conduct research on destinations, itineraries, and partnerships to create unique travel experiences. Manage resources, timelines, and budgets for successful program execution.

Team Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and customer support. Train and mentor staff to ensure consistent program quality.

Stakeholder Coordination

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth communication and service delivery. Negotiate contracts with vendors, hotels, airlines, and transport providers.

Program Execution

Oversee on-ground execution of travel programs, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues. Monitor program performance and collect feedback for continuous improvement.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Maintain compliance with travel industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards. Stay up-to-date on travel trends, visa requirements, and insurance policies.

Reporting & Analysis

Analyze program data to evaluate success metrics and identify areas for improvement. Prepare detailed reports for management on program performance and customer feedback.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in travel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic situations and problem-solve effectively.
