Learning Technology Specialist

At a leading technology firm, we are seeking an experienced Learning Technology Specialist to join our team.

  • Owner of API integrations, content interoperability, and learning-data delivery for our LMS/LXP ecosystem.
  • Design, build and maintain RESTful API integrations (JSON/XML) and webhooks; document with Open API
  • Develop and run automated API integration tests; troubleshoot
  • Package, validate and troubleshoot SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 content; implement xAPI statement generation and batching
  • Integrate with and operate LRS endpoints (e.g., SCORM Cloud and others) to capture and normalize xAPI statements
  • Administer and implement integration workflows for Moodle and Degreed: content import/export, user sync, roles/permissions and lifecycle automation

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in API integrations, content interoperability, and learning-data delivery. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
