Key Roles and Responsibilities
Liftoff Program CoordinatorThe Liftoff Program aims to empower early-stage startups by providing guidance, resources, and access to investor networks.
- Work closely with startups, mentors, and the program team to ensure effective pitch preparation and successful Demo Day outcomes.
- Develop a schedule for mock pitch sessions, communicate timelines and expectations with stakeholders, and block calendars as needed.
- Capture and document session notes and expert feedback, plan and execute the Demo Day event, and manage pre- and post-Demo Day engagements.
- Collaborate with the program team to gather relevant data and insights, assess startup readiness for investment using defined criteria, and follow up with participating startups to track progress and outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the startup or investment ecosystem.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, deep understanding of early-stage investment trends, funding cycles, and investor expectations.
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and manage multiple priorities.
