Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Core Java developer to join our team in Bangalore, India. As a key member of an agile development team, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining the critical pricing ecosystem for a leading global client.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, customize, and maintain core components of the pricing ecosystem within an agile development framework.
  • Implement and extend functionality using the Vendavo framework, with a specific focus on OMI, UII, and VSL.
  • Work on hands-on implementation for one or more of the following Vendavo modules: Deal Manager, Price Manager, or Profit Analyzer.
  • Utilize strong Core Java skills to develop robust and scalable applications.
  • Design and implement web services to facilitate system integration and data exchange.
  • Perform client/server development and ensure seamless communication between system components.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to application functionality and Oracle database performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in software development.
  • Proven expertise with the Vendavo framework, including extensive hands-on experience with OMI, UII, and VSL.
  • Solid experience in Core Java development and a strong understanding of object-oriented principles.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and configuring either the Deal Manager, Price Manager, or Profit Analyzer modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle database, with the ability to write complex queries and perform database troubleshooting.
  • Experience with web service implementation and client/server development.
