Vendavo Core Java ConsultantAbout the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Core Java Consultant with a strong background in the Vendavo framework to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, India. As a key member of an agile development team, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining the critical pricing ecosystem for a leading global client, Dell. This is a full-time, work-from-office position requiring an immediate start.Job Responsibilities :- Develop, customize, and maintain core components of the pricing ecosystem within an agile development framework.- Implement and extend functionality using the Vendavo framework, with a specific focus on OMI, UII, and VSL.- Work on hands-on implementation for one or more of the following Vendavo modules: Deal Manager, Price Manager, or Profit Analyzer.- Utilize strong Core Java skills to develop robust and scalable applications.- Design and implement web services to facilitate system integration and data exchange.- Perform client/server development and ensure seamless communication between system components.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to application functionality and Oracle database performance.Required Skills & Qualifications :- A minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in software development.- Proven expertise with the Vendavo framework, including extensive hands-on experience with OMI, UII, and VSL.- Solid experience in Core Java development and a strong understanding of object-oriented principles.- Demonstrated experience in implementing and configuring either the Deal Manager, Price Manager, or Profit Analyzer modules.- Strong knowledge of Oracle database, with the ability to write complex queries and perform database troubleshooting.- Experience with web service implementation and client/server development.Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.- Domain knowledge and working experience in the Pricing domain.Work Location : Bangalore, India (5 days a week, Work from Office)Joiner Preference : ASAP (ref:hirist.tech)
