Vendavo Core Java Consultant

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Core Java Consultant with a strong background in the Vendavo framework to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, India. As a key member of an agile development team, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining the critical pricing ecosystem for a leading global client, Dell. This is a full-time, work-from-office position requiring an immediate start.

Job Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and maintain core components of the pricing ecosystem within an agile development framework.

- Implement and extend functionality using the Vendavo framework, with a specific focus on OMI, UII, and VSL.

- Work on hands-on implementation for one or more of the following Vendavo modules: Deal Manager,

Price Manager, or Profit Analyzer.

- Utilize strong Core Java skills to develop robust and scalable applications.

- Design and implement web services to facilitate system integration and data exchange.

- Perform client/server development and ensure seamless communication between system

components.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to application functionality and Oracle database performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- A minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in software development.

- Proven expertise with the Vendavo framework, including extensive hands-on experience with OMI, UII, and VSL.

- Solid experience in Core Java development and a strong understanding of object-oriented principles.

- Demonstrated experience in implementing and configuring either the Deal Manager, Price Manager, or Profit Analyzer modules.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle database, with the ability to write complex queries and perform database troubleshooting.

- Experience with web service implementation and client/server development.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Domain knowledge and working experience in the Pricing domain.

Work Location : Bangalore, India (5 days a week, Work from Office)
