Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Tax Specialist. This position will be responsible for preparing and reviewing complex financial services client returns, as well as training staff on concepts and technology.

  • Prepare and review complex financial services client returns, including hedge funds, private equity, and fund of funds.
  • Review state returns for financial services clients and identify international filing requirements.
  • Train staff on concepts, technology, and provide timely feedback.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to work under pressure. They will also have independent tax research skills and be able to meet deadlines.

  • Enabling the team to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a qualified Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant (US), or IRS Enrolled Agent qualification. They should also have experience in detail review of tax returns and knowledge of CCh Axcess Tax, Gofile room, Case ware.
