Remote Infrastructure Support Specialist

We seek a seasoned expert with extensive experience in ensuring seamless network connectivity, efficient virtual desktop infrastructure access, and robust end-user support for our remote teams.

  • Manage Mac and Windows operating systems to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Administer JAMF, AVD, and MDM tools and environments to ensure seamless integration and minimal downtime.
  • Troubleshoot virtual desktop platforms and resolve performance issues to guarantee a high-quality user experience.
  • Resolve Microsoft 365 suite issues, including Teams, Outlook, and Intune, to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of networking, VPN technologies, and internet protocols to stay ahead of emerging trends and best practices.
  • Familiarity with development tools such as GitHub, IntelliJ, Visual Studio, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Notepad++, and OpenVPN is essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in troubleshooting, innovation, and collaboration, along with strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills to drive success.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or technical support, with a focus on remote work environments.
  • Hands-on expertise with Mac and Windows operating systems, including configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Deep understanding of virtual desktop infrastructure platforms, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
