Telecaller Job Description

We are seeking an energetic Telecaller to connect with people and drive business growth through outbound calls, pitches, and lead conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to pitch digital marketing solutions and explain service benefits.
  • Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Maintain a database of customer calls and feedback to track progress and improve sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth client onboarding and maximize conversions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound calling or telesales.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills to build rapport with customers and close deals.
  • Goal-oriented and target-driven attitude to meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.
