We are seeking a seasoned Buying and Merchandising professional to lead our Home Decor category.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, leveraging design trends, and effectively managing inventory and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement seasonal buying plans, ensuring alignment with market demand and product direction.
  • Analyze sales trends, inventory movement, and forecast demand for efficient stock planning.
  • Maintain accurate trackers for vendor management, payments, logistics, returns, and damages.
  • Conduct thorough trend and market research to curate relevant product assortments.
  • Manage vendor development, negotiations, sampling, POs, and timely deliveries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on launches, campaigns, and product uploads.
Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience in Buying & Merchandising, preferably in home decor or lifestyle retail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and inventory/merchandising systems (SAP, ERP, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
