Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Home Loan Sales Executive to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong sales abilities, and a passion for helping customers secure the right home loan solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers for home loan products.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Assist customers in completing loan applications and documentation.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan approvals and disbursements.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records of leads, sales, and client interactions in CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in home loan sales, mortgage, or related financial products.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
