IT Service Management Expertise

This position requires a highly skilled IT service management professional to lead the implementation and configuration of our ServiceNow ITOM solution.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in designing, configuring, and customizing ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, Health Log Analytics, Certificate Management, and Orchestration/Integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and setup of ServiceNow ITOM modules
  • Configuration and customization of ITOM, CSDM, and CMDB modules
  • Implementation and maintenance of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework within the ServiceNow platform
  • Ensuring the CMDB is populated with accurate and up-to-date data
  • Maintaining alignment with the IT environment and its relationships with business services
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions
  • Experience in designing, configuring, and customizing ITOM, CSDM, and CMDB modules
  • Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, AngularJS, and Jelly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail in all work efforts
