Key Job Description:

  • Lead the organization's Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategy, implementation, and management across multiple projects.
  • Oversee BIM teams, develop standards, ensure quality control, integrate digital design processes, and drive innovation through advanced BIM practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage BIM execution strategies, protocols, and standards across the organization.
  • Lead the BIM team and coordinate with multidisciplinary design, engineering, and construction teams.
  • Ensure compliance with national and international BIM standards.
  • Integrate BIM with project management, design, cost estimation, and construction workflows.
  • Manage BIM software platforms and coordinate with IT for upgrades and support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in BIM, with at least 12 years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in BIM platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo, and related digital tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of BIM standards, LOD specifications, and coordination processes.
