As Regional Operations Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the branches in the region to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. You will oversee the P&L of the entire region and work to enhance the share of CTS Express business in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure operational efficiency for all branches under your regional authority.

• Identify and convert potential leads in the region, and encourage branches to promote the company's brand for logistics requirements.

• Deliver solutions to customers' logistics requirements while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements.

• Negotiate rates and contracts with transportation and logistics providers, and recommend optimal transport modes, routes, or frequency.

• Oversee customer complaints, accounts receivables, and any service-related issues raised by customers.

• Ensure all branches maintain corporate guidelines on service, POD, accounts receivables, complaints handling, and operational standards.

• Provide necessary support to branches in terms of revenue, manpower, accounts receivables, customer complaint resolution, and training staff.

• Conduct monthly review meetings with branch managers, deep dive into MIS reporting, and take corrective action on gaps and skill development.

• Develop a robust performance report of all branches and submit to headquarters on a monthly basis.

• Identify potential talent and develop succession plans for key role holders.

• Review and nominate branches for the Branch of the Month contest, ensuring set criteria are maintained throughout the year.
