Responsibilities:
- Shape and implement a strategic vision to drive the business across Asia and the Pacific, ensuring alignment with global goals.
- Analyse and forecast general economic and industry conditions.
- Prepare operating budget proposals and track financial status to ensure targets are achieved.
- Lead and inspire a diverse, multi-national team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous development.
- Oversee financial outcomes in the region, including budget management and profit targets, ensuring consistent alignment with company objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities in new and existing markets through robust research and analysis; establish and nurture key partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with all regional regulations, including labor laws, safety standards, and company policies.

Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role, ideally in the Asia-Pacific region within a relevant industry (e.g., automotive, manufacturing).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA or similar qualification is an asset.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively and drive business objectives.
- In-depth understanding of the economic and cultural dynamics across Asian and Pacific markets.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region to support business initiatives.
