The role of the Operational Excellence Lead is a vital component in ensuring seamless executions and driving organizational success.
This key position supports the team in guaranteeing adherence to existing rules and regulations, standardizing formats according to government, brand, or Recykal requirements, and documenting collections and verification as per commitments given to brands.
The ideal candidate will handle multiple teams on-field and off-field, increasing efficiency by building optimized processes of completions. They must maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization, develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols, actively pursue strategic and operational objectives, and track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed.
Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including setup and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution. Partner with cross-functional support teams to improve process implementation and work closely with legal and safety departments to ensure activities remain compliant.

Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in handling operations
- Past experience in waste management field is an advantage
- Ability to work efficiently and on multiple projects at once
- Strong interpersonal skills with solid ability to persuade others, build consensus, and work in a team
