Job Title: Healthcare Services Director

We are seeking a seasoned Healthcare Services Director to lead our patient care operations and drive excellence in service delivery.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large teams, implementing process improvements, and ensuring seamless patient experiences across all touchpoints.
About the Role

The Healthcare Services Director will be responsible for formulating and implementing standardized processes and procedures for front office, admission, and discharge operations. They will ensure effective manpower planning and optimal deployment across all patient care areas.

The Director will also plan and coordinate for the future expansion and growth of the department, collaborate closely with clinical, diagnostic, and treatment teams, and oversee departmental operations, including staffing levels, process and system evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
  • Educational Background: Master's/Bachelor's in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Nursing, or related field, with 12+ years of experience (including leadership in patient care operations).
  • Operational Expertise: Strong experience in managing both Outpatient and Inpatient services, including admissions, discharge, and front office operations.
  • Leadership & People Management: Proven ability to lead large teams, ensure effective manpower planning, and drive training & development initiatives.
  • Patient-Centric Approach: Deep commitment to delivering seamless, efficient, and high-quality patient experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Strategic & Collaborative Mindset: Ability to plan for department growth, implement process improvements, and coordinate effectively with clinical, diagnostic, and support teams.
