Job Description

As a seasoned professional, you will lead the quality assurance team in scaling further. You will be responsible for defining quality standards and best practices, designing and implementing test automation strategies for regression and performance testing, establishing and maintaining QA processes across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes.
  • Manage test environments and coordinate testing activities across platforms.
  • Create and maintain detailed test documentation and reporting.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and help grow the QA function.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools: Playwright, Selenium, BrowserStack.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript.
  • Experience testing Web, Mobile, and Backend applications.
