About the Job:\
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee all aspects of quality assurance in our software development process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA methodologies, test planning, and automation frameworks.\

Responsibilities:\
- Oversee all aspects of quality assurance, ensuring the highest standards of software quality\
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement quality strategies, testing processes, and automation frameworks\
- Identify defects and ensure software products meet desired quality standards\
- Collaborate with team members to improve testing processes and automate repetitive tasks\
\
Requirements:\
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior QA role\
- Proficiency in QA methodologies, test planning, and building automation frameworks\
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks\
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA and test management platforms like TestRail\
- Strong scripting or programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript\
- Practical experience with CI/CD tools, e.g., Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD, to integrate testing into deployment pipelines\
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills\
