Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to lead our quality assurance efforts. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing test strategies, developing automation frameworks, and ensuring seamless integration into CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, cases, and automation frameworks.
  • Design and maintain automated test scripts for functional, performance, and security testing.
  • Conduct thorough regression, exploratory, and usability testing.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
  • Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira or Bugzilla, collaborating with developers for resolution.
  • Create and maintain documentation of test cases, test results, and defect reports.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide detailed test reports, risk assessments, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to the development of best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
  • Strong experience with Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and performance testing frameworks (JMeter, LoadRunner).
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
