Lead QA Automation Engineer SDET

We are seeking an experienced Lead QA Test Automation Engineer to join our team. This full-time remote role requires a strong background in software development and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in automation testing, with expertise in frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, and Appium. Additionally, they will be proficient in coding languages and able to learn new tools quickly.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute automated tests, including test cases and manual testing as needed.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure software quality and address any issues identified during testing.
  • Design and implement quality assurance processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of automation quality assurance, manual testing, and test case creation.
  • Ability to build testing automation framework from scratch and integrate with CI/CD pipeline.
  • Proficiency in software testing and understanding of software development principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is mandatory.
  • Ability to present QA automation solutions to customers and leadership.
  • Experience with eCommerce and CRM in an enterprise setting.
