Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to lead our quality assurance initiatives and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

  • This role involves close collaboration with development, product, and other cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and adherence to best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in testing, quality assurance for software products, and a working knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • Good communication skills are required to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Review software requirements, user stories, and design specifications to understand product functionality and prepare comprehensive test scenarios and test plans.
  • Design, develop, and execute test cases, including manual and automated tests, across various platforms (e.g., web, mobile, different operating systems and browsers).
  • Analyze test results, evaluate software usability, and report observations to the design and development teams.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, clarify issues, and drive defect resolution.

Skill Requirements:
