Job Overview:We seek a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance Specialist with 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, particularly in digital banking services. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in functional, API, and automation testing, as well as a solid understanding of digital banking workflows.The successful candidate will design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases for digital banking applications, including Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and Core Banking APIs. They will build and maintain automation scripts using Selenium or Playwright for UI testing, and Postman/REST Assured for API testing.Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop automated test cases for digital banking applications
  • Participate in shift-left testing by reviewing requirements and identifying potential defects early in the lifecycle
  • Actively learn and adopt new testing tools and techniques, especially in automation and AI-assisted testing
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with strong expertise in functional, API, and automation testing within digital banking services
  • Solid understanding of digital banking workflows, including Payments, Cards, KYC, Customer Onboarding, Loans, and Internet/Mobile Banking channels
  • Hands-on experience in test automation development using Selenium and Playwright for UI testing, and Postman/REST Assured for API testing
  • Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for both web and mobile applications
