Technical Service Manager Role Summary

This role is responsible for technical and contractual quality assurance across a portfolio of corporate real estate buildings. The position influences design, commissioning, operations, and capacity management to ensure compliance with country, regional, and global standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planned, Predictive, and Corrective Works Ownership
  • Major Works Ownership (Power Down Planning, Execution, and New/Refurbishment Project Management)
  • Administer Quality Assurance and Monitor Outsourced Critical Works Vendors
  • Review Maintenance/Service Practices of M&E Contractors
  • Contract Management of Critical Equipment Contracts
  • Capacity and Utilization Coordination and Reporting
  • Engineering Regulatory Compliance Management
  • Incident Management Support (24/7 On-Call)
  • Support Installation, Commissioning, and Programming of New Office Space
  • Technical Reporting Submissions for Portfolio Objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Discipline
  • Minimum 10 Years of Relevant Engineering Management Experience
  • Thorough Understanding of Building Services Design and Engineering Management
  • Ability to Identify and Implement Operational Efficiency Improvements
  • Drive Innovation, Thought Leadership, and Industry Knowledge
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Ability to Develop and Explain Complex Operational Management Information
  • Resilience, Goal-Oriented Focus, and High Energy Levels
  • Customer Centricity and Comfort Working in a Challenging Environment
  • Strong Analytical, Organizational, and Administration Skills
