About Us: We are a leading technology company in the oncology sector, dedicated to revolutionizing clinical research and care.

We are building a modern platform that unifies workflows of clinical care and research, moving the healthcare industry closer to Clinical Research as a Care Option. Our platform is based on our proprietary large language model (LLM), co-developed with leading cancer centers, which eliminates operational inefficiencies in patient recruitment, data curation, and other laborious tasks involved in clinical research.

Our team includes experienced professionals who work together to design, develop, deploy, and maintain highly available, fault-tolerant SaaS solutions. We participate actively in software design meetings to support long-term maintainability and extensibility of code. We conduct thorough code reviews and obsess over quality in the code we write and the products we create.

As part of our team, you will:

  1. Mentor, motivate, and mold your team to deliver high-quality enterprise products
  2. Collaborate with Product Management, User Experience, and existing engineering teams to design, develop, deploy, and maintain highly available, fault-tolerant SaaS solutions
  3. Participate actively in software design meetings to support long-term maintainability and extensibility of code
  4. Code reviews
  5. Oversight of continuous improvement in all aspects of the software development lifecycle
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with:

  1. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in shipping high-quality products in a SaaS environment
  2. Excellent design and programming skills primarily with a focus on enterprise server solutions using JavaScript and ReactJS
  3. Familiarity with cloud technologies is a plus
  4. Working knowledge of Web Services technologies
  5. Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ReactJS, and ExpressJS
  6. Full working knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and commercial product development practices in complex larger enterprise/cloud solutions
  7. Working knowledge of basic technologies such as networking
  8. Use of Open Source packages for common capabilities
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  10. Hard-working attitude
  11. Able to demonstrate effective teamwork both within the immediate team and across teams
  12. Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team of highly technical individuals
