Job Title: L3 UCCE and Release Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Cisco UCCE, UCCX, PCCE solutions, and related technologies. They will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned IT professional to take on a challenging role that requires expertise in multiple areas. As a Senior Support Specialist, you will be working closely with our engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to our Voice infrastructure. You will also be responsible for creating knowledge base articles, documenting best practices, and contributing to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier 3 technical support for Cisco UCCE, UCCX, PCCE solutions and related technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to voice infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Create knowledge base articles and document best practices.
  • Contribute to process improvements and continuous learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in Cisco UCCE, UCCX, PCCE solutions and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of voice protocols, including SIP, H.323, and MGCP.
  • Experience with ITIL processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
