As a pivotal member of our academic team, you will play a key role in shaping the educational journeys of students from initial counseling to university acceptances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee students through the undergraduate admissions process.
  • Guide students in developing strong academic and extracurricular profiles.
  • Strategize personalized student journeys by advising on subject selection and long-term academic planning.
  • Review and provide feedback on application components.
  • Manage and mentor a team of counselors.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align strategy and execution for each student.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's and Master's degree in any discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in academic counseling or education advisory roles.
  • Strong communication skills and organizational abilities.
  • Empathetic and proactive, able to build trust with students and families.
