Conversion and Admissions Coordinator

">Job Description:

This role involves supporting Regional Heads and their proxies in converting applications to paid students. As a Conversion and Admissions Coordinator, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students throughout their journey.

You will be responsible for maintaining a healthy pipeline, conducting regular checks to ensure applications are progressing within expected timelines, and addressing any delays. Additionally, you will ensure the application pipeline is accurate and up-to-date, with correct statuses, and support the progression of applications through the process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a Healthy Pipeline: Conduct regular checks to ensure applications are progressing within expected timelines and address any delays.
  • Ensuring Application Accuracy: Ensure the application pipeline is accurate and up-to-date, with correct statuses.
  • Supporting Application Progression: Collaborate with BDMs to ensure every application moves smoothly through the process and reaches the visa stage.
  • Document Collection & Follow-ups: Engage with agents/students for pending documents to facilitate conversion from COL to UCOL, and engage with agents/students to ensure collection of visa documents as per the regional checklist.

You will also be responsible for uploading documents, conducting regular calling to agents/students for documents follow-up on COL/Visa stage, assessing documents at Visa stage, and forwarding them to the Compliance team for final review and coordination for release of Visa letter.

In addition, you will monitor pipeline progress for each brand and team member, generate reports, and share insights with RMs and Heads. You will also maintain a follow-up on refund cases raised by the BD teams and predict issues, resolving them with a proactive approach.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English, and ability to manage a diverse workload independently and as part of a team. Experience in Overseas Education industry, undergraduate/bachelor's degree or equivalent, and knowledge of CRM s/w such as Zoho or SalesForce are essential criteria for this position.

Desirable criteria include experience of working or studying abroad.
