About the Role

  • Resolve Issues: Provide solutions to customer issues and escalate complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately document customer interactions and issues in our system.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Keep updated with product knowledge and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Follow Procedures: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all interactions.

To excel in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a customer support role,
  • Skills: - Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • - Proficiency in English;
  • - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • - Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and positive attitude.
  • - Team worker with a client-centered mentality.
