Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer issues and questions, including inoperability or inaccessibility of a system, module or function
- Take appropriate action to resolve the problem in a timely manner to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Assist management in identifying trends in issues and identifying opportunities to improve our customer experience
- Track customer reported problems following ticketing procedures
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer requests, following established Severity Level and Response Guidelines
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry, and excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. You should also be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work with minimal supervision, and proactively anticipate customer needs.
