Job Overview:

The Direct Sales Processes Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting daily sales operations, maintaining high productivity levels and ensuring accurate execution of sales initiatives.

This position ensures seamless coordination between dealers, vendors and the sales team while managing backend operations, subscriptions, procurement and reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with dealers, vendors and the sales team for operational requirements.
  • Follow up on renewals and new acquisitions, ensuring timely order processing in CRM systems.
  • Manage subscriptions for leading newspapers and periodicals.
  • Resolve customer complaints and manage backend teams effectively.
  • Oversee procurement and distribution of promotional materials and other related items.
  • Implement orders as per guidelines and maintain accurate MIS tracking.
  • Support other operational functions as required by the sales team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience in direct sales processes operations.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite and SAP/Salesforce.
  • Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
