Creative Strategist Job Description

As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing innovative ideas and bringing them to life through various mediums. Your expertise in visual design and marketing strategies will help drive business growth and enhance brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce conceptual designs and storyboards to communicate ideas effectively
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and target audience insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of creative projects
  • Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback
  • Present ideas and progress updates to stakeholders
  • Develop art concepts and direct staff to create engaging visuals
  • Train, assign, and schedule tasks for team members
  • Maintain quality control by adhering to production, productivity, and quality standards
  • Solve operational issues and identify process improvements
  • Select and acquire illustrative materials, designing basic layout concepts and conducting research
  • Create print-ready layouts by editing, pasting, and finishing designs
  • Present final layouts, storyboards, and illustrations for approval, incorporating feedback as needed
  • Continuously evaluate and refine processes to achieve better results

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong work ethic and calm demeanor
  • Preference for candidates holding a graduate or postgraduate degree from NIFT
  • Proven experience as an Art Director
  • Familiarity with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools
  • Capacity to incorporate feedback and provide/give direction effectively
  • Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Relevant education or training
