Ultra-Luxury Sales Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and well-connected sales professional to spearhead Ultra-Luxury Real Estate Sales across Bengaluru and Delhi. This role demands strong relationship management, proven sales expertise in the luxury space, and the ability to drive revenue growth for high-end projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth for ultra-luxury real estate projects.
  • Build and nurture relationships with UHNIs, CXOs, NRIs, and global investors.
  • Pursue business development opportunities through private client networks, wealth managers, family offices, and luxury ecosystem partnerships.
  • Meet ambitious sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing luxury sales team.
  • Represent the organization at premium events, forums, and international roadshows.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design targeted campaigns for UHNIs.
Candidate Profile
  • 15–22 years of experience in luxury sales, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in real estate, luxury lifestyle, private banking, or wealth management.
  • Established and active UHNI/HNI sales network in Bengaluru/Delhi.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving high-value sales closures.
