Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Resource Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely resource allocation across multiple projects and departments.

This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in resource management and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and resource management tools such as Smartsheet, SAP, MS Project, and D365.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Resource Utilization Monitoring: Assist in monitoring and managing resource utilization across multiple projects and departments.
  • Data Accuracy and Record Maintenance: Maintain resource allocation records and ensure data accuracy in resource management systems.
  • Staffing Needs Identification: Coordinate with department leads to identify current and future staffing needs.
  • Resource Demand Forecasting: Supports in forecasting resource demand and resolving resource conflicts.
  • Reporting and Metrics Analysis: Helps prepare reports on resource availability, usage, and performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 4+ Years of Experience in Resource Management
  • Skillset: Strong Organizational and Analytical Skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Resource Management Tools (e.g., Smartsheet, SAP, MS Project, D365), Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Ability to Multitask and Manage Priorities in a Fast-Paced Environment
