We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Leader to oversee our Human Resources department and shape our employer branding strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set strategic objectives for the HR team and track progress
  • Design and implement policies promoting a healthy work environment
  • Develop compensation and benefits plans that align with industry standards
  • Support recruitment process improvements through data-driven insights
  • Host in-house recruitment events to foster engagement
  • Discuss employee career development with managers to drive growth
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates) to inform decision-making
  • Review departmental performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Organize learning and development programs to enhance skills
  • Ensure timely resolution of employees' requests and grievances to maintain a positive work environment
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role with a proven track record of success
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software to streamline processes
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation to ensure compliance
  • Excellent communication abilities to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams
  • Ability to foster healthy employee relations and promote a positive work culture
