Job Title: Strategic Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven human resources professional to join our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage employee attendance records, ensuring accuracy in timesheets and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Administer payroll processes, including statutory deductions, benefits administration, and compliance reporting.
    • Maintain and update leave management systems, ensuring fair and consistent policy implementation.
    • Handle employee queries related to payroll, leaves, attendance, and HR operations, providing exceptional customer service and support.
    • Prepare and share HR reports (attendance summaries, payroll reports, compliance reports) with senior management, highlighting key trends and recommendations for improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies, identifying areas for process improvements and implementing corrective actions.
    • Support end-to-end HR operational activities such as onboarding documentation, employee records, and HR audits, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection protocols.
    • Drive the offer rollout process—drafting, releasing, and tracking offer letters, ensuring smooth candidate onboarding and maximizing talent acquisition opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, with a strong academic record.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in HR operations (attendance, payroll, leave management, and offer rollouts), demonstrating expertise and a track record of success.
  • Proficiency in payroll software, Excel, and HRMS systems, with a working knowledge of cloud-based platforms and digital tools.
  • Familiarity with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, with a keen understanding of employment legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and support to employees and management alike.
