Human Resources Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our HR Manager in all aspects of the HR function.

You will assist with recruitment efforts, screen resumes and applications, schedule and coordinate interviews, and help organize employee engagement activities and events.

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates through various channels.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials.
  • Support the HR Manager in maintaining employee records and HRIS system.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support the HR Manager in performance management processes.
  • Assist with general office administration and upkeep.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong interest in human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with recruiter tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of local language (Kannada) is an added advantage though not compulsory.
  • Must be well-settled in Bangalore.
