Job Title: Human Resources Professional

Job Summary:

We seek a seasoned Human Resources Professional to lead our team in strategic HR initiatives. This role will involve developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing employee onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Staffing:
    • Hiring and Recruitment: Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment processes that attract top talent.
    • Sourcing Strategies: Create and execute sourcing strategies to meet business needs.
  • Employee Onboarding and Induction:
    • Onboarding Process Management: Oversee the smooth onboarding of new hires.
    • Induction Programs: Coordinate induction programs for new employees.
  • HR Operations Management and Payroll:
    • HR Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
    • HR Workflows: Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and other HR workflows.
  • Performance Management:
    • Performance Appraisal Systems: Design and implement performance appraisal systems.
    • Manager Support: Support managers in setting KPIs and employee development plans.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement:
    • Work Environment: Foster a positive work environment.
    • Conflict Resolution: Resolve employee grievances and conflicts.
  • Training and Development:
    • Training Needs Analysis: Identify training needs based on business goals.
    • Training Coordination: Coordinate training sessions and skill development programs.
  • Statutory Compliance and Reporting:
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety standards.
    • Reporting: Prepare regular HR reports for management review.
