Job Summary

This role involves assisting in the design, development, and implementation of IT, GRC, Cyber, and Risk processes within ServiceNow, conducting research, and performing analysis to build respective modules within the platform. The role also involves capturing business requirements in a form of agile stories and testing configured functionalities.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with business users to gather requirements and translate them into business functionality.
  • Document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from users on specifications.
  • Assist the technical team in translating application functionality into application architecture and the production of a business functionality requirements statement.
  • Communicate business directives, goals, and needs to the technical team and serve as a business interface from the enterprise's operational management team.
  • Design and execute test plans to ensure that business requirements and functional specifications are implemented properly.
  • Assist the enterprise's business operations staff in developing content or other materials and recommend enhancements and identify new business requirements.
  • Apply knowledge of system capacity to determine feasibility of projects.
  • Maintain current knowledge of new hardware and software and recommend upgrading to maintain efficient operation.
  • Work with IT application analysts and programmers as necessary.
  • Perform analysis of department production and redesign workflow if appropriate.
  • Develop, edit, and maintain operating procedures and standards manuals.
  • Serve as a consultant to the enterprise in work measurement, system studies, or cost/effectiveness analysis.
  • Provide assistance as required to organizations outside of the enterprise to improve internal procedures that may be advantageous to the enterprise.
  • Conduct training sessions to implement new or improved systems and procedures.
  • Conduct meetings on all levels of management for purposes of presentations, reviews, approvals of recommendations, etc.
  • Perform at or above the enterprise's performance standard and specifically for procedures development and analysis.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.
