Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Customize existing ServiceNow functionalities based on business requirements.

  • Create and maintain documentation for processes, applications, and integrations.
  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of ServiceNow applications.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and HRSD modules.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflow, and orchestration.
  • Familiarity with REST and SOAP web services for integration.
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices and frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Understanding of database management and SQL.
