Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation and ongoing support of Sitecore solutions within our organization.

This position demands an in-depth understanding of Sitecore technology, strong technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership and Solution Architecture: Define and communicate the technical vision for Sitecore solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with TDD architecture teams to design and implement robust technical solutions aligned with architectural choices defined by the TDD architecture teams.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of developers, testers, and other technical resources. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively.
  • Development and Delivery: Drive agile development practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to deliver high-quality solutions. Manage data migration and integration with other systems. Ensure optimal performance of Sitecore solutions.
  • Support and Maintenance: Respond to and resolve technical issues. Manage changes to the Sitecore environment, ensuring minimal disruption. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement enhancements.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including the Product Owner, business analysts, technical teams, and Digital Marketing stakeholders. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision, priorities, and timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hard skills: Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Sitecore Tech Lead or Senior Sitecore Fullstack Developer. Deep understanding of Sitecore core concepts, including XM Cloud, Content Hub, Personalize, Forms, and Search.
  • Soft skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Effective listening and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and countries/regions.
