Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Architecture: Collaborate with architecture teams to design and implement technical solutions aligned with architectural choices.
  • Technology Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest Sitecore technologies and industry trends to ensure optimal solutions.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of developers, testers, and other technical resources.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively.
Development and Delivery:
  • Agile Development: Drive agile development practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Technical Implementation: Oversee the full lifecycle of Sitecore projects, from design to deployment.
Data Migration and Integration:

Manage data migration and integration with other systems.

Performance Optimization:

Ensure optimal performance of Sitecore solutions.

Support and Maintenance:
  • Incident Management: Respond to and resolve technical issues.
  • Change Management: Manage changes to the Sitecore environment, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement enhancements.
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Effective Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including Product Owners, business analysts, technical teams, and stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision, priorities, and timelines.
