Job Title: Content Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Content Experience Specialist to support the delivery of a multi-brand, multilingual portal. This individual will be responsible for content modeling, workflows, governance, and migration activities, ensuring high-quality standards and smooth collaboration with development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement content models and taxonomies for a multi-brand, multilingual (Arabic/English) portal.
  • Configure templates, workflows, role-based access control, publishing approvals, and service-level agreements in Sitecore XM/XM Cloud.
  • Define GraphQL schemas/contracts in partnership with Next.js/React teams.
  • Manage content releases using Sitecore Content Serialization (SCS) and promote environments.
  • Lead migration activities from CH1/XM → XM Cloud, including mapping, redirects, validation, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA), SEO metadata, Open Graph, and schema.org standards.
  • Establish preview/localization workflows, language fallback, and improve authoring user experience.
  • Develop governance frameworks: contribution guidelines, checklists, and quality assurance playbooks.
  • Track content key performance indicators and analytics; optimize search quality (facets, synonyms, zero-results).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with Sitecore XM/XM Cloud.
  • Proven expertise in headless content modeling, workflows, and role-based access control.
  • Hands-on experience with GraphQL and Experience Edge.
  • Content release management with SCS.
